The mission of the prophet ﷺ was to create a group of people in his image. Allah created Adam ﷻ in His image and a prophet creates a community in his image. And his mission is complete because once you create such people, when you leave, they continue to do what you do.
You can’t beat the drum of Islam during the day if you aren’t knocking on the door of Allah at night.
The key to Islam is that it must be apparent, not hidden. In this lecture:
- public and private prayer
- the mention of the companions in the Torah
- the story of Umar (R) in Jerusalem
- the standards of ibādah
