  • Guest Student Policy and Procedure
    Guest students are allowed to take one class or day per semester unless otherwise specified via the Registrar’s office.
    Approved guest students must complete this form at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class date. Guest students cannot attend the approved class unless this form has been submitted with the required information and a scanned copy of an official ID.
    After the review of the request, an administrator from the Office of the Registrar will notify the potential guest student of the decision.
    Guest students are not permitted to enter the facility or requested class (or any other class) until an official approval has been emailed to the requester.
