Guests must submit this form at least 72 hours prior to the requested date.
Forms submitted without proper completion and identification attached will not be approved.
Guest students are allowed to take a class or attend for one day per semester unless otherwise specified via the Registrar’s office.
After the review of the request, an administrator from the Office of the Registrar will notify the potential guest of the decision.
Guest students are not permitted to enter the facility or attend requested class(es) (or any other class) until an official approval has been emailed to the requester.
