Course Name: Introduction to Qur’an Studies
This course will provide an overview of the history of the preservation and compilation of the Qurʾān. It will also cover the meaning of the Seven Modes of Recitation and how it is connected to variant recitation. Additionally, the course will explore the Islamic understanding of abrogation, the miraculous nature of the Qurʾān, and common themes in the Qurʾān.
